Digital Facilitator

Charles joined the team in August 2020 as a Digital Facilitator. He has a background in transformational business change and project management gained from an extensive career with Barclays, NatWest Group and in financial services consulting.

His role as a Digital Facilitator brings him in to contact with people from across the Powys Living Well Service, and the Health Board. He helps people get connected to Microsoft Teams and Attend Anywhere to ensure they’re able to attend their virtual clinical appointments and group health and wellbeing sessions, from the comfort of their home, office, or other confidential environment. He works with each individual listening to their needs and providing appropriate support based on their circumstances.

His role includes looking after the Community Training Platform for the Health Board. This includes a library of eLearning and is available to both employees and the people of Powys.
