If you are not a patient at a dental practice, you can add your details for a routine NHS dental appointment request with the Dental Access Portal online or by scanning the QR code.
You can use this service if you live at an address in Powys for more than six months of the year, or are registered with a GP in Powys
You can apply for yourself or on behalf of others, such as a child, family member or as a paid or unpaid carer.
