The Improving the Cancer Journey team is joining up with 5K Your Way to celebrate the power of movement and connection for anyone affected by cancer. Whether you walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer, you can join in and take part your way.
Everyone is welcome to come along and get involved in a special community event on Saturday 7 February.

This special county-wide event brings together the three Powys 5K Your Way groups from Brecon, Builth Wells and Newtown.
What is 5K Your Way?
5K Your Way is a community initiative from the MOVE Against Cancer charity. Groups meet on the last Saturday of each month at certain parkruns, offering a supportive place for people:
You can take part at your own pace – try 1k, 2k or 5k, or come along to cheer, chat or volunteer.

Powys 5K Your Way ambassadors - including two Powys Teaching Health Board staff members, Jane Spivey and Sue Ling - will be there to welcome you.
