This section of our website provides information about patient and community transport in Powys.
If your reason for going to hospital is not an emergency, you will normally be expected to make your own way there.
Some people may be eligible for NHS Non Emergency Patient Transport (NEPTS). Or, if you need to travel to receive NHS treatment under the care of a consultant, you may be entitled to help with necessary travel costs.
Concessionary travel passes are also available for some travellers.
