I'm in pain, what do I do?

Whilst no-one can cure or eliminate pain completely, you can reduce pain and improve on areas such as; physical function, self-confidence, sense of being in control of problems, and the depression and frustration that is often felt with chronic pain through adopting self-management and coping strategies.
