Costs & Data Use

• There’s no charge to use the service
• Data use is similar to Teams, Zoom or FaceTime
• Use Wi-Fi where possible to avoid mobile charges

• A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and speaker
• A reliable internet connection (Wi-Fi, mobile data or wired)
• A quiet, private, and well-lit space
• The latest version of one of the following browsers:

• Apple Safari (macOS, iOS, iPadOS)
• Microsoft Edge (Windows)

How to Join Your Session

1. Click the link in your email invitation – it will begin with https://nhswales.vc/
2. Select "Enter Waiting Area" or "Start video call".
3. If asked, allow your browser to access your camera and microphone.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to join.
5. To leave, click "Leave" at the end of the session.
