Fatigue

We help people with long term health conditions where fatigue is a common symptom such as CFS/ME, Long Covid and post-viral fatigue. We offer help in the following ways:

We help people learn how to manage their fatigue day-to-day. This includes:

  • Understanding fatigue and how it affects the body.
  • Learning techniques like pacing, relaxation, and goal setting.
  • Building confidence to stay active and involved in daily life, by balancing daily tasks and recovery.

2. Multidisciplinary Team Support
We are a group of experienced health professionals, including:

  • Dietitians
  • GP
  • Nurses
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physiotherapists
  • Psychologists

We work together – and with you – to design a management plan that is tailored to your needs and goals.
