These sessions focus on building confidence to move at a comfortable pace. Gentle Nordic walking sessions take place at Bronllys Hospital. Using walking poles engages the whole body in movement and can help improve confidence.

Nordic walking is an enjoyable way to get outdoors and feel better. Walking with others can lift mood and reduce feelings of loneliness. The team ensures each walk suits individual pace and comfort.

Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience is needed.
