It is designed for people living with primary fatigue conditions who want practical tools to manage symptoms and improve daily life.
The resource provides short videos designed to help individuals understand dysregulation and how it contributes to symptoms in primary fatiguing conditions. The videos explain what is happening in the body and offer practical strategies for managing fatigue.
Participants can watch the videos as often as needed and share them with family members to help them understand the condition. Some medical terminology is included, but the content aims to make symptoms and management strategies clearer.
The programme acknowledges BACME (British Association of Clinicians in ME/CFS) and their contributors for the background information used in these materials.
