The service runs programmes which help you to improve your health and wellbeing. Each programme covers a different area essential for good health and wellbeing. We refer to the core programmes as the ‘6 pillars’ although there are other programmes which support people to put what they have learnt into practice.
Each programme consists of 6 1-hour workshops which you attend online and before each session there will be some videos to watch which will introduce the workshop topic.
