Pain

We help people who have persistent or long-term (chronic) pain. This usually means pain which has lasted at least three months. We particularly help people for whom there is no intervention or medication to cure the pain. We do not normally support people who are waiting for operations, for support whilst you wait, please visit the Waiting Well service webpage.

Common conditions we help people manage include:

  • Chronic low back pain
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Persistent headache
  • Persistent neck pain
  • Widespread body pain
