Cerys joined the Powys Living Well Service in January 2025. She brings with her valuable experience as a Healthcare Assistant, having worked across both the NHS and private sector in a range of clinical settings, including elective surgical wards. During this time, she provided compassionate care to individuals with a wide variety of health conditions.

Cerys is committed to supporting and empowering others, and is particularly passionate about person-centred care. She is enthusiastic about working within a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to improve outcomes for people living with long-term health conditions.
