General Practitioner with a special interest in the management of long term conditions

Julia started working for the service in 2023 and is an experienced GP with a special interest in the management of long term conditions, having worked in a wide range of settings over the years, from the inner city to rural north Powys.

Outside of work she loves mindfulness-based meditation practice, nature connection activities and the arts.  She says “I am happy to be part of such an exciting multi-disciplinary team, supporting health and wellbeing for those facing the challenge of long-term conditions in Powys”.

In her role she will primarily be holding one to one assessments with people, and supporting the team in its multi-disciplinary team decision making.
