Digital Project Manager

Katie has worked in the NHS for over 15 years and, since April 2024, has been the Digital Project Manager for the Powys Living Well Service. In this role, she drives innovation and enhances the service’s digital offering, overseeing the development of digital solutions and creating content that aligns with the service's values. A key area of her expertise is developing and optimising media platforms to boost digital engagement, ensuring that content for both service users and team members is accessible, engaging, and effective. She is passionate about exploring new technologies and multimedia tools to expand the reach and impact of digital services.

Katie joined the Powys Living Well Service in June 2016 and has 8 years of experience as a Digital Facilitator. In this role, she provided invaluable support to service users, enabling them to join individual appointments or group programmes via platforms like Microsoft Teams and Attend Anywhere.

She takes pride in empowering people through technology to enhance their lives. In addition, she offers in-house digital support to team members, finding it incredibly rewarding to help her colleagues develop their digital skills and always eager to share her knowledge and expertise.
