Flu vaccination for school-aged children
Last year, over 25,000 2-3-year-olds and over 230,000 school-aged children in Wales received the flu vaccine.
As children are mixing in nurseries, playgroups and schools, they are highly effective at catching and passing on flu, making them super spreaders within our communities.
To ensure your child can receive their flu vaccination, please complete and submit the e-consent form before the school nurses are due to visit your child’s school. Without consent, the nurses are unable to give your child the vaccine.
