Complete the Better Together questionnaire online

We encourage you to complete the questionnaire online where possible. The deadline to tell us what you think, so your opinions can be included in the consultation, is 10 January 2027. You can do this by:

• Completing the questionnaire online
• Completing a printed copy of the questionnaire and sending this to Opinion Research Services, FREEPOST SS1018, PO Box 530, Swansea SA1 1ZL
  • To request a printed copy of the consultation document or survey call our engagement answerphone on 01874 442917 or write to Better Together, Powys Teaching Health Board, Glasbury House, Bronllys Hospital, Bronllys LD3 0LY. Documents will also be available at our drop-in events.
