“In her short time in the department Megan has had a hugely positive impact on the team. She is highly professional, eager to learn and always happy to help and assist. Megan supported on the Bro Ddyfi Community Hospital redevelopment scheme which was hugely complex and involved coordination and communication with numerous groups of stakeholders. This included organising and taking part in a number of workshops with the local community in which Megan was also able to be a key communicator through the medium of Welsh.”
Louise added: “On behalf of all her colleagues at the health board I would like to share our pride and congratulations.”
Megan was presented with her award by Mark Gapper, Head of Engineering from NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership on 13 June 2024.
