Have a voice and help shape the future of health and social care in Wales

When it comes to the future of our health and social care services here in Wales, it is vital that everyone’s best interests are represented. That’s why we’re working with Llais to encourage you to have a voice and help shape Wales’ health and social care services for the better.

Llais is a public body that represents the best interests of the public when it comes to health and social care services in Wales. Its aim is to collect good and bad stories about health and social care services to understand what works well, and how services may need to get better.

Llais understands how vital it is to have access to the health and social care services you need, delivered in a way that supports you and your community. So, they’re asking you to help make health and social care in Wales work as well as they can by telling them about your experiences, and the experiences of those closest to you.

And they especially want to hear from people whose voices are underrepresented.

So, if you or someone you are close to has a story to share, make sure you have a voice. Speak to Llais.

Because the more voices, the bigger their impact will be.

Find out more from the Llais website.

You can also find lots of useful information about sharing your feedback directing with the health board from the Feedback and Concerns section of our website.
