Nursing Support Workers Day 23 November

Thursday 23 November is Nursing Support Workers Day and I would like to personally express my sincere thanks to all of our amazing Health Care Support Workers in Powys who provide vital support for Nursing, Midwifery and other settings of care.

You are a vital part of our workforce and your contribution to the healthcare that people receive in Powys is so important and of huge value and impact.

I know that Nurses and Midwives could not do their job without you.

Throughout my career, I have worked with incredible HCSWs who have not only supported me as a Registrant but have also contributed to my learning and development. Thank you for all you do, every day, for everyone.
