Annual General Meeting of Powys Teaching Health Board

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Powys Teaching Health Board will take place from 13.30 to 14.30 on 15 September 2025 virtually via Microsoft Teams.  You will be able to join and participate in the online meeting via our Annual General Meeting page.

It will provide an opportunity to share some of the successes and challenges of the year gone by, and our priorities for the year ahead.  Importantly it will provide an opportunity for us to hear from you about your aspirations for the future of health and wellbeing in Powys.

The AGM will consist of a series of presentations by Board Members.

Electronic copies of the Annual Report & Annual Accounts 2024/25 and PTHB Annual Plan 2025/26 will be available in advance of the meeting.

There will be a virtual question and answer session following the presentations, where there will be an opportunity to ask questions in both English and Welsh.  You are also invited to pose questions in advance of the meeting, by sending them to powysdirectorate.corporategovernance@wales.nhs.uk
