Drop-In COVID Vaccination Sessions - week beginning 6 December

We have drop-in sessions available at our Mass Vaccination Centres week beginning 6 December for those aged 12 - 15 and those aged 16+. Please check the dates and eligibility below. 

 

First Dose drop-in vaccination clinics this week for those aged 12 - 15: 7 - 9 December

You can attend our drop-in clinics week beginning 6 December for your first dose if you are:

  • Aged 12 - 15
  • Registered with a GP in Powys
  • Accompanied by a parent/guardian

    DO NOT attend if you have tested positive for COVID in the last 84 days

    Bronllys Hospital

    • Thursday 9 December: 3.30pm - 6pm

    Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells

    • Tuesday 7 December: 3.30pm - 6pm

    • Wednesday 8 December: 3.30pm - 6pm

    Maldwyn Leisure Centre, Newtown

    • Tuesday 7 December: 3.30pm - 6pm

    • Wednesday 8 December: 3.30pm - 6pm

     

     

    First & Second Dose drop-in vaccination clinics this week for those aged 16+: 6 - 11 December

    You can attend our drop-in clinics week beginning 6 December for your first dose if you are:

    • Aged 16+

    You can attend our drop-in clinics week beginning 6 December for your second dose if you:

    • Are aged 18+
    • Received your first Pfizer dose more than ten weeks ago (AZ second doses are by appointment).

    If you are 16/17 DO NOT attend if you have tested positive for COVID in the last 84 days. If you are 18+ DO NOT attend if you have tested positive for COVID in the last 28 days.

    • Tuesday 7 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Wednesday 8 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Thursday 9 December: 11.30am - 2.30pm & 3.30pm - 6pm

    • Friday 10 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Saturday 11 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    No appointment necessary. 

    Help us make sure your vaccine is as effective as possible and please only attend a drop-in session if:

    • you do NOT currently have COVID-19 symptoms
    • you are NOT acutely unwell
    • you have NOT tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 28 days (if aged over 18) or you have NOT testing positive in the last 84 days (if aged under 18)

    All first doses are currently with Pfizer unless you have a specific clinical need for an alternative to Pfizer. Your vaccinator will discuss this with you when you attend.
