Public consultation by Hywel Dda University Health Board on their Clinical Services Plan

Hywel Dda University Health Board (HDUHB) is responsible for health care services in Ceredigion, Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. This includes services that may be used by Powys residents at Bronglais General Hospital (Aberystwyth) and Glangwili General Hospital (Carmarthen) alongside a range of other hospital and community services in west Wales.

They are proposing to change the way some of their services are provided. This includes changes to Critical Care, Dermatology, Emergency General Surgery, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Radiology, Stroke, and Urology.

Public consultation is under way until Sunday 31 August 2025. They are keen to hear views from everyone who uses their services, including residents of Powys.
