If you are not a patient at a dental practice, you can request a routine NHS dental appointment with the Dental Access Portal online.
You can use this service if you live at an address in Powys for more than six months of the year, or are registered with a GP in Powys
You can apply for yourself or on behalf of others, such as a child, family member or as a paid or unpaid carer.
If you do not wish to or cannot apply online, please call the Powys Dental Helpline on 01686 252 808.
Please contact NHS 111 Wales if you need emergency dental treatment.
