Drop-in vaccination clinics week beginning 24 January

Next month will see the end of a year-long vaccination partnership between Freedom Leisure and Powys Teaching Health Board.

As the challenges of Covid-19 continue into 2022, the NHS remains open and is still here to help. But health professionals from across Powys are encouraging people to make some small changes to improve their health and wellbeing.

Our vaccination centres in Powys are closed on December 25 and 26.

Make sure you plan ahead and order your repeat prescriptions in time. That’s the message from the Powys Teaching Health Board as we approach Christmas.

This week has seen unprecedented numbers of people receive their COVID vaccines in Powys. Following on from 12 months of ever-increasing capacity and delivery, the health board is trying to get every single eligible person in Powys their vaccinations by the New Year.
