Powys Creative Arts, Health & Wellbeing Strategy -Survey

Powys Teaching Health Board is developing a Powys Creative Arts, Health & Wellbeing Strategy with the aim of embedding arts, creativity and ecotherapy experiences into health and social care services for the benefit of the people of Powys, in support of mental, physical health and wellbeing.

We invite your view to help us plan a delivery model based on meeting a range of needs, addressing opportunities, identifying constraints and most importantly to grow bold and effective means of supporting health improvements for individuals through creative engagement.

We want to understand the current situation and identify the aspirations and opportunities patients, service users and service providers may have, to ensure that an ambitious and deliverable community focused plan is put in place for the future.
