Changes to Reserve List arrangements

Our reserve lists help us to ensure that every appointment slot is filled and every vaccine dose is used.

We have changed our reserve list arrangements in response to user feedback, and we now open a new list each week.

• Our primary reserve list is for people aged 70+ and for people who have been designated as "clinically extremely vulnerable"
• We also have secondary reserve list for people aged 65 to 69, who may be called if we cannot fill all appointments with people from our primary reserve list
