COVID 19 Autumn Boosters are available on a drop-in basis for Powys patients aged 50+ and for frontline health and care workers at our COVID 19 vaccination centres in Newtown, Llandrindod Wells and Bronllys.
From 9 January 2023 eligible adults can also drop in to our main vaccination clinics for a flu vaccination. Check your eligibility on our flu vaccination page. Many GP practices in Powys are still offering flu vaccines to their eligible patients, and may be an easier option for those who are unable to travel. Check with your local practice for availability, ideally using their website or social media feeds in the first instance.
We can also offer childhood flu immunisation at our main vaccination clinics on a BOOKED APPOINTMENT basis. Please contact us on 01874 442510 or powys.covidvacc@wales.nhs.uk to BOOK flu immunisation for your child at our main vaccination clinics.
