Drop-In COVID Vaccination Sessions - week beginning 18 December

Drop-in Autumn Booster clinics are taking place week beginning 18 December.

Autumn Boosters are being offered to;

• People aged six months to 64 years in clinical risk groups

• People with a learning disability

• People aged 65 years and older

• Pregnant women

• People who live in a care home for older adults

• People aged 12-64 who live with someone who has a weakened immune system

• Carers aged 16 and over

• Frontline health workers and social care workers

• Other staff working in care homes for older adults

If you believe you are eligible and have not received an invitation letter to attend for a vaccination, then you can drop in to one of the following clinics.

 

Park Street Day Centre, Newtown

Monday 18 December: 9.20am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-4.30pm

Tuesday 19 December: 11.20am-2.30pm & 3.30pm-5.30pm

Wednesday 20 December: 11.20am-2.30pm & 3.30pm-6.30pm

Thursday 21 December: 9.20am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-4.30pm

Friday 22 December: 9.20am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-4.30pm

 

Bronllys Hospital

Monday 18 December: 9.20am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-4.30pm

Tuesday 19 December: 11.20am-2.30pm & 3.30pm-5.30pm

Wednesday 20 December: 11.20am-2.30pm & 3.30pm-6.30pm

Thursday 21 December: 9.20am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-4.30pm

Friday 22 December: 9.20am-12.30pm & 1.30pm-4.30pm
