Extension of interim CEO arrangements

Carl Cooper, Chair of Powys Teaching Health Board, has today announced the extension of Hayley Thomas' appointment as interim Chief Executive of the Health Board.

This follows agreement with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board to March 2024 while they continue their recruitment process for a permanent Chief Executive.

Announcing the extension, Carl said: "We are delighted that Hayley Thomas has agreed to continue as interim CEO at Powys Teaching Health Board during Carol’s secondment.”
