Powys Teaching Health Board are committed to ensuring that all Powys residents receive excellent patient care. We want to hear from you about your experiences of the services we provide and commission - good and bad.
We would like to know about your experience, whether this is at one of our hospitals, in the community, or during your visit to a neighbouring Health Board/Trust.
