Calm Harm

Calm Harm is an award-winning app developed for teenage mental health charity stem4 by Dr Nihara Krause, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, using the basic principles of an evidence-based therapy called Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).

The Calm Harm App provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm. You can make it private by setting a password, and personalise the app if you so wish. You will be able to track your progress and notice change.

A free app for helping you through those difficult times.

What's Up? is a free app utilising CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) methods to help you cope with Depression, Anxiety, Anger, Stress and more.

If meditating for 20 minutes feels like too much, 3 Minute Mindfulness is a good introduction.

3 Minute Mindfulness helps you stop, pause and reset in just 3 minutes so you can remain calm and relaxed throughout the day.

The short meditations are good for when you're having a frustrating day, a stressful day at the office, have exams coming up or simply need a reminder to relax.
