Drop-In COVID Vaccination Sessions - week beginning 20 December

We have drop-in sessions available at our Mass Vaccination Centres week beginning 20 December for those aged 12+. Please check the dates and eligibility below. *Please note these are not booster drop-in clinics. You can find more information about boosters and how to book here*

 

You can attend our drop-in clinics week beginning 20 December for your first dose if you are:

  • Aged 12+
  • Registered with a GP in Powys
  • Accompanied by a parent/guardian

    DO NOT attend if you are aged 12 - 17 and have tested positive for COVID in the last 84 days

     

    You can attend our drop-in clinics week beginning 20 December for your second dose if you:

    • Are aged 18+
    • Are registered with a GP in Powys
    • Received your first Pfizer dose more than ten weeks ago (AZ second doses are by appointment).

    If you are 18+ DO NOT attend if you have tested positive for COVID in the last 28 days.

    • Monday 20 December: 11.30am - 2.30pm & 3.30pm - 6pm

    • Tuesday 21 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Wednesday 22 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Thursday 23 December: 11.30am - 2.30pm & 3.30pm - 6pm

    • Friday 24 December: 8.30am - 11.30am & 12.30pm - 3pm

    Royal Welsh Showground, Builth Wells

    • Monday 20 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Tuesday 21 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Wednesday 22 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Thursday 23 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Friday 24 December: 8.30am - 11.30am & 12.30pm - 3pm

    Maldwyn Leisure Centre, Newtown

    • Monday 20 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Tuesday 21 December: 11.30am - 2.30pm & 3.30pm - 6pm

    • Wednesday 22 December: 11.30am - 2.30pm & 3.30pm - 6pm

    • Thursday 23 December: 9.30am - 12.30pm & 1.30pm - 4pm

    • Friday 24 December: 8.30am - 11.30am & 12.30pm - 3pm

     

    No appointment necessary. 

    Help us make sure your vaccine is as effective as possible and please only attend a drop-in session if:

    • you do NOT currently have COVID-19 symptoms
    • you are NOT acutely unwell
    • you have NOT tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 28 days (if aged over 18) or you have NOT testing positive in the last 84 days (if aged under 18)

    All first doses are currently with Pfizer unless you have a specific clinical need for an alternative to Pfizer. Your vaccinator will discuss this with you when you attend.
