What the Therapies Hub service is and offers:

The Therapies Hub offers a single point of contact for patients and referrers for various Powys Teaching Health Board (PTHB) Therapies and Health Science Services. The Therapies Hub currently supports the appointment process and referral management for the following services:

You are able to self-refer to the following services as a member of the public, by completing their respective online referral form, found at the following links:

 

What should you expect during contact with the Therapies Hub:

To adhere to confidentiality requirements, the Therapies Hub Advisor will confirm they are speaking to the patient, or a representative of the patient (with the patient’s consent).

To arrange an appointment, the Therapies Hub Advisor will first need to confirm the patient’s name, date of birth, address and contact details, including landline telephone number, mobile telephone number and email address.

Some appointments with the services may be carried out virtually / online (using video-calls via the internet), in some cases using PTHB’s ‘Attend Anywhere’ digital platform. The Therapies Hub Team will provide information on these digital options where relevant and will support you in accessing these digital methods.
