Rapid COVID-19 testing for asymptomatic frontline health and care staff will be piloted in Powys from next week (14 December).

Today (10 December 2020) sees the publication of the first report by Donna Ockenden into maternity services at The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH).

This week will see an expansion in public COVID-19 testing in Powys in the lead up to Christmas.

The first people in Powys to be given the new COVID-19 vaccination have received their first dose today (8 December 2020) at Bronllys Hospital.

A new drop-off hearing aid clinic will start in Llandrindod Wells on 14 December.
